Acceptance
By using AudioKit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your responsibilities
You keep all rights to the files you process, and you are solely responsible for them. You must own the audio you work with or have permission to edit it, and you must not use AudioKit to infringe copyright or to process material that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Audio processing runs on your own device using your browser, and results depend on your hardware and browser version. Always keep a copy of your original file — AudioKit does not store one for you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioKit is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or other damages arising from your use of the service.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. The tools are free, and no service level is guaranteed.
