By default no — AudioKit uses a time-stretch filter that preserves the original pitch. Turn on “Preserve pitch” in the options if you would rather have a classic tape-style effect where the pitch rises and falls with the speed.
You can go as slow as 0.25× (four times longer) and as fast as 4× (four times shorter). Values in between can be set precisely with the numeric field.
You can create the slowed part here by setting a speed below 1× and leaving pitch preservation on. For reverb, process the slowed file with your favourite audio editor afterwards.
